Welcome to A&D Motorcycles

Established in 1980, A&D Motorcycles was created by Alan Shepherd.  After purchasing a new motorcycle, it ran out of petrol 3 miles away.  When he eventually got home the oil light came on and after being continuously fobbed off by the dealership he thought “I can do better” and A&D Motorcycles was born 6 months later.  He initially rented a 450 square foot unit on the Spencer Trading Estate in Denbigh for £25 per week.  The drive he needed was a customer on the open day, saying I give it a month!  In 1986 new premises were built across the road including a new workshop. Then in the year 2000 moved to our current premises a 5,800 square foot former animal feed warehouse.

Now a leading motorcycle dealership in North Wales and the North West of the UK, we are located in Denbigh, North Wales.  Only 25 minutes from Chester, Wrexham and Llandudno, we are situated within arguably the best biking roads in the UK.

We are main dealers for Kawasaki as well as stocking a large range of quality used bikes. 

We have always fought to have the best range of motorcycle in Wales, providing two wheels for any rider; whether it’s a 125cc motorcycle for a beginner or a 1000 adventure bike for the more experienced rider, rest assured we can provide the perfect bike for you.  Can’t get to us, we offer a nationwide delivery service for any motorcycle or scooter.

Good customer service is key to our business and we continuously work hard to build a great reputation which keeps our customers coming back.  You will always get good advice as well as a fair and honest deal from us.

Our workshop offers a full range of services from MOTs, diagnostic and servicing for your motorcycle.  All our technicians are factory trained and qualified to work on all motorcycles and ATVs, so you can be assured that your bike is being cared for by some of the best technicians.

Our Parts and Accessories Department is stocked with a wide range of parts and accessories from all manufacturers, and we offer a full mail order service.  Our Clothing Department offers you a wide range of quality gear from leading providers such as Alpine Stars, LS2, Shark, Oxford, Richa and MotoGirl.
